SKATE BEFORE SCHOOL

Panthers First Shift is a one-hour skills session built to elevate your game. Each session focuses on skill development and high-level training, giving players a competitive edge before the school day even starts. Please register in advance!

GROUPS & SCHEDULE

GROUP 1: Mondays and Wednesdays | 12 & under

GROUP 2: Tuesdays and Thursdays | 13 & older

DAILY SCHEDULE

• 5:30 AM: Locker room assignment posted on the TV monitors in the lobby
• 5:45 AM: Dress for on-ice & check-in with coaches
• 6 - 7AM: On-ice session
• 7 - 7:15 AM: locker room time; lockers locked and inspected at 7:15 AM

BLACKOUT DATES

• Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26, 2026
• Friday, December 18, 2026 - Sunday, January 3, 2027

LOCKER ROOM POLICY & PLAYER CONDUCT

These standards build the same habits our pro players rely on every day — accountability, respect, and discipline both on and off the ice.

General

• No phone use inside the locker room.
• Players are responsible for cleaning up their area.
• No damage to facility property.
• No fighting or horseplay.
• Respect other players, coaches, and personal property.
• Respect & sportsmanship
• No bullying, hazing, or exclusionary behavior.
• Follow directions from coaches and facility staff promptly.
• Use appropriate language — no profanity or taunting.

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

• Notify coaches in advance of any absence or late arrival.
• Players arriving after check-in must report to the front desk before entering the locker room.

EQUIPMENT & APPEARANCE

• Full gear required for all on-ice sessions.
• Equipment should be properly stored, not left in walkways or common areas.

FACILITY & SAFETY

• No horseplay involving skates, sticks, or other equipment.
• Report any injury, no matter how minor, to a coach immediately.
• No unauthorized guests or siblings in the locker room.

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Players are responsible for their own belongings; Panthers First Shift isn't liable for lost or stolen items.
• Repeated violations may result in removal from a session or the program.
• Parents/guardians notified of any conduct issues.

TUITION & PAYMENT

• One day per week
• Standard: $3,315
• FJP Player: $2,815
• Two days per week
• Standard: $6,298.50
• FJP Player: $5,298.50

DROP-INS

• Drop-ins are welcome. Please register in advance.
• All drop-ins must make payment before being allowed on the ice.
• $100 per session (standard)
• $90 per session (FJP players)
