PANTHERS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY
HIGH-LEVEL MORNING TRAINING
Panthers Development Academy offers flexible, high-level on-ice training for players of every age, four mornings a week. With the ability to choose the number of days that fit their schedule, players build consistent reps, sharpen fundamentals, and grow their game over the course of the season.
Dates: August 10, 2026 - May 27, 2027 (40 weeks)

Monday - Thursday (choose 1 to 4 days per week)

7:30 - 8:30AM

DAILY SCHEDULE
- 7AM: Check in at front desk, turn in phones, and receive locker room assignment
- 7:15AM: Dress for on-ice & check-in with coaches
- 7:30 - 8:30AM: On-ice session
- 7:30 - 8:45AM: locker room time; lockers locked and inspected at 8:45AM

LOCKER ROOM POLICY & PLAYER CONDUCT
These standards build the same habits our pro players rely on every day — accountability, respect, and discipline both on and off the ice.
General
- No phone use inside the locker room.
- Players are responsible for cleaning up their area.
- No damage to facility property.
- No fighting or horseplay.
- Respect other players, coaches, and personal property.
- Respect & sportsmanship
- No bullying, hazing, or exclusionary behavior.
- Follow directions from coaches and facility staff promptly.
- Use appropriate language — no profanity or taunting.
ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
- Notify coaches in advance of any absence or late arrival.
- Players arriving after check-in must report to the front desk before entering the locker room.
EQUIPMENT & APPEARANCE
- Full gear required for all on-ice sessions.
- Equipment should be properly stored, not left in walkways or common areas.
FACILITY & SAFETY
- No horseplay involving skates, sticks, or other equipment.
- Report any injury, no matter how minor, to a coach immediately.
- No unauthorized guests or siblings in the locker room.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Players are responsible for their own belongings; Panthers First Shift isn't liable for lost or stolen items.
- Repeated violations may result in removal from a session or the program.
- Parents/guardians notified of any conduct issues.

- One day per week
- Standard: $3,315
- FJP Player: $2,815
- Two days per week
- Standard: $6,298.50
- FJP Player: $5,298.50
- Three days per week
- Standard: $9,248.85
